Employability

Join us to get the experience you need to get employment. FareShare Yorkshire run the Employability programme for unemployed people at both our Barnsley and Leeds sites. A dedicated member of staff will provide training and support over 8 weeks, which can lead to you getting qualifications, improving your confidence and getting the skills required to get further employment.

During the course you will get experience in food logistics, mentoring and accredited forklift truck training in a gold standard warehouse. Along with this you will be joining a brilliant team, building relationships and helping the local community.
